The Role
Jellysmack is seeking a highly motivated and organized Manager, Platform Operations Programs to join our growing team.
This individual must have both experience with and a passion for social video platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
The ideal candidate should, specifically, have experience working within the YouTube CMS and/or Facebook’s Business Manager.
This individual will report to the Los Angeles-based VP of Platform Operations and play a critical role on the monetization & technical support fronts.
The candidate should be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
The Responsibilities
Daily management & maintenance of Platform Operations around key special projects
Ongoing administration and rolling up of creator accounts into Company Platform
Troubleshooting & providing support cross functionally within the organization
Management of key partner channels participating in special projects initiatives
Requirements
The Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Related experience in YouTube CMS/ContentID, and Facebook Creator Studio
YouTube Certified
Understanding of video search & discovery tactics
Working knowledge of Excel and Google Products
Proficiency working in any Content Management System
Comfortable with, and passionate about administrative tasks & content review
