Maintain project specific documentation of each film’s projected schedule and progress through each production milestone. Communicate department schedules based on vendor deliverables and client expectations.* Serve as a key point of contact for Original Content titles for questions or concerns.* Track Billing and POS to prepare costs for Accounting. Assist with the preparation of budgets and schedules for DCPs and film prints.* Run client and internal screenings for approval.* Guide the internal post production pipeline of in-house color and digital mastering teams to optimize the footage for the IMAX theatre network and ancillary markets.* Monitor post production supply inventories and forecast upcoming needs.* Support communication with film production teams and outside vendors, the laboratory, and various media suppliers in order to achieve the highest quality films.* Track incoming/outgoing data for digital and film based projects including: mastering, pickups, versioning elements, and audio.* Update the Digital database and work orders as new DCPs are created.What we’re looking for:* Familiarity and experience with both film and digital post production pipelines is essential, from capture through distribution.* Experience with VFX film projects as well as interfacing with VFX and other vendors is a plus.* On-set experience and professional high-resolution camera knowledge is beneficial.* Successfully demonstrated team-player skills, as well as excellent communication, problem solving, planning and decision-making skills.* Experience multitasking on multiple concurrent projects, modifying and re-adjusting workflows and schedules according to client deadlines and priorities.* Motivated with the ability to handle a high workload in a fast-paced and challenging environment* College degree in a related field with 5 or more years of progressively complex experience.* High level Microsoft Office skills as well as familiarity with image enhancing programs.* Excellent visual acuity, color and 3D vision.* Knowledge of and experience with immersive sound formats as well as excellent hearing.* Experience with MPAA Best Practices and the successful implementation in post production facilities.The ideal candidate will have:* Communication effectively communicate with team and clients* Problem-Solving critical Analysis and responsibility for decision making* Team-Player supportive and collaborative with others* Leadership good at taking responsibility and taking chargeRequired ExperienceFor consideration, please apply online.
