The Opportunity:
Dr.
Squatch is looking for a Manger of Growth Strategy to join the Growth Team and support our efforts in acquiring new customers in both paid media and business development.
This role will report to the Director of Growth and work collaboratively across the Marketing and Creative teams.
The Growth Strategist will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Growth and other key executives to manage critical business tasks and strategies.
This is a full-time position with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, California.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategy that will be the foundation for fast customer growth Build and maintain operating models to support and maximize growth investment Rigorously measure and report on performance of paid media and business development initiatives Manage and guide creative content process with both internal teams and external agencies Continuously research and monitor market landscape for trends and potential business partnerships
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ year of experience in marketing at a consumer brand, management consulting, investment banking or consumer technology Strong analytical skills and experience with modeling Scrappy, determined, team player Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (engineering, mathematics, statistics, etc.) Problem solver with a sense of urgency Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership Excellent communication skills Experience working in consumer products industry highly preferred
