Manager, Learning Business Partner

Ready to make your mark?In this role, you will coordinate, support and/or track the work activities of assigned projects pertaining to the development, implementation and execution of a wide variety of projects and systems used to support the strategic initiatives of the OneTax organization.

Assigned projects include initiatives such as, training, documentation and communications strategy and execution.

The incumbent functions as a liaison between and among various departments and business units in order to develop project plans and effectively ensure that our Clients and Associates have the right training, knowledge and understanding on a variety of topics.

Effective project management and communication skills as well as complete knowledge of the ADP organization and systems are requiredIntegrity, resilience, positivity, client focus and attention to detail are must-haves in this job.

You will experience a steady cadence of training and the “hurry up and wait” of communications.

You should be flexible to plan and lead a team to be their best.

Apply nowWhat you’ll do:Develop project plans, tracks project status, and updates plans accordingly as they relate to our OneTax Organization.

These projects will be varied and wide-ranging in scope; examples include: re-thinking and implementing our training strategy for Associates, Clients and the Regions; understanding how to maximize communications and re-vamping our knowledge base.Design, develop, maintains and ensures the integrity of OneTax SharePoint/ADPWorks.Manage the design and implementation of pages and videos that could help Associates and Clients be better trained and informed.Develop and maintain reports pertaining to job activities.Assist with budget and financial responsibilities related to projects.Collaborate across OneTax and the Regions to ensure the best possible strategy.Combine efforts when possible across different businesses.Manage a team of professionals in your space.Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family.

You wil be a key representative of the OneTax organization, but it’s not all business; you will make life-long friendships here.Collaborate Daily.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to your clients, internal partners, and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Positive Self-Starter.

You have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to effectively manage people.

You can manage your time well, prioritize deliverables, and multi-task with the best of them.

In addition, you can present your ideas in a clear, professional manner on paper, in-person, and over Webex.A college degree is great but not required.

What’s more important is having the skills to do the job.

If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:Three to five years of prior work experience in training, communications and/or knowledge management.
