Position Description: As an Internal Audit Manager you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:Obtain an understanding of and document key business processes and internal controls and assess the design of these processes and controlsReview internal policies and procedures and existing laws, rules and regulations to determine applicable compliance and the adequacy of underlying internal controlsDesign and execute tests of internal controlsEvaluate and develop value-added recommendationsDevelop effective reports and presentationsCoordinate and perform internal audits/SOX business and information technology cycle related activities such as objective/risk mapping, walkthroughs, key control identification, developing test plans and segregation of duty analysisConduct data extraction, analysis, and security reviews utilizing software toolsAssess information technology control elements to mitigate business process risks regarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of business informationPerform other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements Position Requirements: This position requires the following skills and attributes:Bachelors degree or equivalent in Accounting / AccountancyAt least 6 to 8 years of full-time experience performing risk-based integrated audits/SOX projects, information technology, internal audit, SEC reporting and risk/fraud assessment experience including four years in a lead roleAbility to effectively communicate verbally across all levels of management and staffDetailed knowledge of internal accounting and management controls, audit processes and professional standards and regulations (i.e.

US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO, etc.)Considerable knowledge of and skill in applying internal auditing and accounting principles and practices, and management principles and preferred business practicesExposure to management information systems terminology, concepts, controls and practicesAbility to use an automated spreadsheet, word processing software and other business and audit-related software such as ACL/IDEA, MS Office, TeamMate or other related workpaper applicationsMust be a team player, professional, resourceful, flexible, action-oriented, organized, excellent in multitasking, and have strong interpersonal and communication skillsAs a healthcare company, it is of the utmost importance to keep our teams safe and healthy in this ever-changing COVID-19 environment.
