The Applied Materials HR Reporting and Analytics team (HR&A) is seeking an individual to manage and lead the HR Reporting team.
As a HR Reporting Manager, you will work with Stakeholders in achieving business results by streamlining and automating processes to enable self-service for HR and leaders in using talent data to inform and improve decision-making.
In partnership with HR leadership, you will design and deliver HR processes, solutions, reporting and business analytics that drive and sustain strategic decision making.
Emphasis on innovation through automation, continuous improvement, system enhancements and data integrity.This position will need to utilize data analysis methodologies, tools and approaches to provide data insights and enable automation.
Key Responsibilities Provides strategic vision, leadership, planning, and management for the development of cost-effective delivery of core HR services and systems reporting Develops the roadmap for HRIS reporting initiatives
– work with leadership and key stakeholders to support organizational strategic objectives, leveraging Workday functionality to ease administrative burden and build efficient, effective, and scalable processes Translates business objectives and unmet needs into a clear vision and roadmap, with rigorous requirements, then support the execution of that vision Manages a team and leads HR reporting function and serves as expert resource for all HR data needs Manages functional performance and productivity and coach, mentor and motivate a team to successful outcomes Project Manages multiple initiatives; external vendors and internal stakeholders to set expectations and successfully deliver Develops visualization methods/tools to enable end users to easily access and understand relevant data.
Collaborates with HR Business Partners to develop ties between data sources for a more holistic view.
Partners closely with HR and IT to deliver on key initiatives Manage the support model with the support team Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering Proficiency in Workday Reporting & Analytics including different Workday Modules preferred SABA or other LMS experience preferred; Tableau experience preferred Management experience directing the workload & capacity of multiple analysts Minimum 3 years of managing a HRIS Reporting team Excellent organizational, communication and project management skills Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments
