Historically, the travel requirement for this position has ranged from 80-100%.

For now, all KPMG business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.
Responsibilities:
+ Supporting clients in the following areas: HR digital transformation, employee digital service experience, digital service delivery design, cloud technology sourcing, selection and implementation, HR right-sourcing and HR shared services
+ Manage and lead cross functional teams to provide excellent client engagement delivery of HR solutions that enable the clients to carry out current and future state business goals
+ Utilize technical and industry knowledge in the areas of HR digital strategies, operating models, service delivery models, and end-to-end process redesigns to identify and manage complex client issues
+ Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations
+ Participate in business development by identifying and driving new opportunities or assisting with proposal development and response
+ Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
Qualifications:
+ A minimum of five years related to one or more of the following areas: HR operations, HR transformation, HR right-sourcing, Shared Services, HR Operating Model Design, Organizational Design, or HR Technology sourcing and/or implementation; preferred two years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
+ Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR analytics and insights, market trends, relevant metrics, KPIs, and use cases for HR and Digital HR transformations; Experience designing and leading full lifecycle HR transformation or service delivery projects supporting HR transformation, right-sourcing, shared services, employee digital service experience, digital transformation, and cloud systems solutions sourcing and/or implementation including payroll and time & attendance (e.g.
ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle Cloud, Coupa, Salesforce, Kronos, ADP, etc.)
+ Experience mentoring or managing employees including setting priorities, balancing competing deadlines, and discussing career development opportunities
+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future and travel as needed
+ Ability to travel as necessary
