Manager, Enterprise Application

The Enterprise Application Manager is responsible for managing and operating Caruso’s enterprise application environment that includes, but is not limited to, CRM ( Salesforce ).

This person will play a key role in shaping and streamlining the heart of Caruso’s enterprise application landscape ( SaaS & On-Prem ) by working with multiple departments and contributing experiences that were shaped by excellent track records.

This person will be at the forefront and be willing to take ownership of all matters related to the enterprise application.

Essential functions and responsibilities:* Salesforce administration duties:* Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration* Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups* Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables* Preparing reports for various departments* Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.* Maintaining the Sales Cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.* Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.* Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.* Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.Other Duties * Assesses business process requirements, interprets, and applies them to various enterprise applications to achieve business objectives* Manages application software providers ( SaaS and traditional vendors ), implementations and upgrades* Advises upper management of opportunities for improvements in all aspects of enterprise apps* Responsible for day to day management and troubleshooting of various issues in enterprise app environment by utilizing acquired skill or appropriate 3rd party vendor* Participates in the proactive budgeting process by closely monitoring operational ( Opex ) and projecting future projects ( Capex ) costs* Devises processes and protocols for enterprise software usages, including permissions matrix tied to the organization’s SSO authentication ( Okta )* Participates in the core decision-making process of selecting application vendors ( Saas and Traditional )* Work with internal data analytics teams to support the data requirements and recommend improvements* Familiarity with an application development environment* Responsible for the activities related to enterprise applications systems in the company, involving the definition, development, maintenance, and operation of the systems, as well as for maintaining the area’s technological level up to date, conducting studies, advising management of it and implementing new procedures and techniques Requirements:* 5+ years in a rapidly evolving enterprise application environment managing and operating* 2-3 years of Salesforce administration & support experience* Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems* Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration* Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities* Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access* Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports* Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support* Experience in managing and/or participating in an app development environment under SCRUM methodology* Excellent verbal & written communication skill* BA degree in IT / IS or related field or equivalent experience Caruso is an equal opportunity employer.
