New to Cushman & Wakefield, the Manager, Employee Communications will support the Regional President’s priorities by building awareness and helping educate employees through content creation and distribution across a variety of channels, channel management and employee listening activities.

As a member of the global employee communications team focused on supporting the Americas business, this role will connect leadership priorities with local market initiatives to drive employee engagement.
Job Description
Develop and deliver employee communication strategies Partner with marketing and PR colleagues to execute regional and local market employee engagement experiences Partner with employee communication colleagues to develop templates that can be leveraged across the region Identify and document communication touch points at all stages of the employment life cycle; develop materials that contribute to an enhanced employee experience Ensure consistency of brand voice, implement standard operating processes and drive continuous improvement Support special projects, as needed Performs other related duties as required or requested
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in English, Communications, Psychology or Journalism Requires 5+ years of experience in employee communications, experience in change management is preferred PROSCI certification is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skillset Proficient in MS Office Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
