The Manager, Business Operations contributes to the strategic planning, design, development, implementation, and financial management of department objectives, procedures, processes and standards, to support the overall financial and operational goals of the organization. Supervises staff as it relates to the overall management of the department and areas of responsibilities. Performs other functions necessary for the efficient and productive operation of their respective division within Cedars-Sinai Medical Center (CSMC) and other affiliating hospitals and medical centers. Manages a team of Development staff focused on supporting frontline fundraisers/field teams. Responds to ad-hoc requests for information from leadership and other development staff. Plans, develops, coordinates, and organizes resources to meet department objectives. Collaborates with internal stakeholders within Cedars-Sinai and affiliates. Maintains strong partnership and collaborative communication across department areas. Serves as liaison for areas of operational responsibility.
