Manager, Client Operations – EDI

Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the EDI Clearinghouse implementation and enrollment functions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
         Directs and coordinates staff on daily work and activities

         Responsible for managing performance of assigned employees

         Serves as point of escalation for customers to resolve problems and discrepancies, makes decisions for resolution

         Improves processes to improve visibility, reporting, and tracking of implementation/enrollment status

         Identifies and implements operational efficiency improvements

         Establishes, implements and maintains policies and procedures for department

         Oversees daily audits of client implementations and enrollments

         Contributes to departmental planning, budgeting, and forecasting of resource utilization

         Prepares/analyzes appropriate reports regarding department

         All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Experience
Education

         BA/BS or equivalent work experience

Minimum Qualifications

         2+ years in an implementation/enrollment environment lead level position

         Operating knowledge of client base, including customer requirements, trends and future directions

         1-3 years in a manager role
