As the Manager, Business Intelligence, you will specialize in delivering powerful insights through Report Development, Data Visualization and Analysis.

You will lead Data Science, Data Transport and Cluster Computing at Loot Crate.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and teammates in requirements gathering, sprint planning, acceptance testing, and delivery of data products.

To thrive in this position, you need to have a thorough understanding of our business metrics and analytics platforms.

You will also need to be an effective advocate for the needs of internal data consumers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement business metrics, reports and dashboards pulling from Data Marts Collaborate with BI Developers to cleanse, design and architect data analytics layer Collaborate with Data Scientists on exploratory analysis and hypothesis testing Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to Business Stakeholders Serve as Product Owner for the data products consumed by various business units Verify that data products support the requirements of data consumers, and ensure their integrity and cleanliness Monitor analytics and metrics results to identify and understand anomalies and ensure data quality

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent work experience 8+ years holding similar responsibilities Strong understanding of E-commerce and subscription business models Strong knowledge of data warehousing, reporting and analytics, with expertise in defining metrics and dashboards for managers and executives Superior knowledge of AWS Redshift, Tableau and Google analytics Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
