This position is responsible for member/customer satisfaction, profitability, Team Member engagement, and all other repair related issues.

Success in this role is evidenced by providing quality automotive repair that results a profitable business and satisfied customers/ members.Essential FunctionsDrive revenue through amazing experiences for members and team members:Manages activities to drive results that show up in the business satisfaction scores and financial results.Sets monthly and annual sales forecasts, responsible for establishing business plan to achieve established goals.Proven ability to increase car count and average repair order through building long term, transparent relationships.Plans, recruits, and maximizes performance from Team Members.

Practices active, engaged leadership through behavioral coaching and mentoring.Creates an engaging work environment that encourages feedback to improve the business.Manage, maintain and builds strong vendor and supplier network.Work Service Counter as requiredCollaborates with Marketing and others lines of business to develop and coordinate interactions for cross-sell opportunities.Seek out and maintain strong referral sources for car count (tow ins, fleet, etc)Operate within AAA guidelines in all aspects of the business/organization.Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations related to automotive repair.Responsible for permits, licensing and certification requirements, OSHA requirements and providing equipment safety instructions.Ensures the safety and security of staff, assets and property.

Insures that equipment is working properly.Responsible for management of training and certification for all staff.Responsible for management and security of parts, inventory, vehicles.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesStrong leadership attributesCustomer facing experience, auto repair preferredFinancial management experienceAbility to communicate effectively
– verbal and written.Automotive/mechanical backgroundKnowledge of equipment/tool operation and diagnostic/repair procedures.Working knowledge of Microsoft, Google, and other auto repair technologies.Bilingual communication skills (preferred)Education & Experience / Licenses & CertificationHigh School Diploma or equivalent certification.

Bachelor Degree preferred5 years in a leadership role2 years industry experience in providing auto repair preferredValid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordWork Environment/Physical RequirementsWorks in an office environment sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation for extended periods of time.

May travel by car, plane or other form of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences.

Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spent on the job involves the use of a personal computer.We’ll value your skills and experience.
