Responsibilities and Duties Regional Sales Manager West Coast for Automotive Test and Lifting Equipment ( Heavy Duty and Light Duty) Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned areas Direct sales activities and distributor / key account managment in respective sales areas Building up customer relationship as well territory management Deliver market information, build up target driven Market Research and analysis to increase the existing sales and customer base Develop, support and manage an efficient distribution network/channel to improve sales performance.
Set up service channels with distribution network in respective sales area Create contact and network to municipalities, responsible for bids in the respective sales area well as lobbying Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve market presence Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business Participate at shows Cooperate closely with other internal departmentsProfile Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in the industry of lifting technology and/or testing/workshop equipment for heavy and light duty vehicles Sale specialist with good contact to existing sales channels, good contact to municipalities network and customers Experience in respective industry and sales of workshop or/ and technical products Good networker Target driven, self organized and good communication skills Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills and developing customer Travelling within the respective sales area is not an issueGoals MAHA product sales direct and through distributors in respective sales areas Set up new distribution channels Create relations with municipalities Set up servive companies in respective sales area Follow up on bidsCustomers Light and Heavy Duty Workshops Dealers Distributors MunicipalitiesJob Type: Full-timeExperience:5 10 years sales experience in the industry of lifting technology and/or testing & workshop equip.: 5 years (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Location:Los Angeles, CA (Required)
