This is a fast-paced role, which encompasses end-to-end campaign development, management and execution on CRM campaigns across all our targetable channels.
The ideal candidate will be able to understand and empathize with our customers at each point in their hair color journey.
Leveraging these insights along with identified user behavior your objective is to create and establish a 1:1 relationship between Madison Reed and our customers.
Candidate should have an understanding of CRM best practices within the B2C space and be able to apply appropriately across channels.If you’re seeking work with an insanely talented, close knit group of people to disrupt a huge industry, all while improving the lives of thousands of women, this may be the role for you!What you’ll doDefine and drive our customer adoption, engagement and re-engagement strategy across targetable channels, including email, SMS, paid-retargeting and push notificationsConfigure and optimize cross-channel customer segmentation and lifecycle campaignsIdentify the key behaviors that correlate to increased usage and affinity towards Madison Reed and our portfolio of productsTest, learn, and refine all personalized customer journeys to influence client behavior and move towards higher LTV paths and loyalistsCompose creative briefs that clearly communicate business objectives, best practices, and considerations for engaging contentWork with digital product and engineering teams on improvements and fixes that optimize the customer experienceKeep stakeholders aligned on lifecycle program performance and provide ad hoc analysis as neededStay on top of industry trends and best practices, competitive landscape and explore ways to apply these findingsSkills we’re excited aboutBachelor’s Degree preferred not required5+ yrs in a marketing position with demonstrated experience in CRM and lifecycle marketingStrong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively in fast-paced environmentAnalytically minded with ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience working with and in ESP and reporting dashboardsMust be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitudeStays current with CRM marketing strategies (i.E.
