Responsible for managing regional direct sales activities, delivering the strategic plan to meet the business’ growth aspirations and supporting the development of sales direct/B2B strategies to maximise profitability and Business to Business (B2B) sales opportunities.

About The Role:
We’re adding an Account Manager to the LubeCon team to maintain and grow sales of premium LubeCon products and Castrol PLD products.
This Role will also provide services at the customer sites, supporting both product lines in a home-based territory located somewhere in Southern California market!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts and prospects Hunt for new business opportunities by bringing on new accounts Develop existing business to improve profitable growth opportunities.
Install and service LubeCon lubrication equipment at customer locations.
Provide detailed monthly service reports to our most valued customers.
Pricing accountability for designated customers in portfolio Sell and promote all products and services in the portfolio Develop relationships with key functional contacts in customer organization Exhibit HSSE leadership and compliance Support Finance for credit and cash collection Travel required up to 50%
What You’ll need to be Successful in this Position:
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or technical/engineering field is desired – or relevant industry experience attributable to 7+ years of experience 5 years of Sales/Marketing in B2B environment preferred Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation Knowledge, or prowess to learn, electrical and mechanical systems is desired Expertise in automatic lubrication equipment and industrial lubrication applications is helpful but not necessary Strong organizational skills and the ability to optimally coordinate and complete multiple tasks within and across multiple customer markets to meet established and changing deadlines Computer expertise with MS Office suite and CRM
Comments: successful candidates will have a strong record of Sales and Account Management, with a proven record of growing new business while maintaining existing customers.
They will then need to show an ability, or capability to learn, the assembly and maintenance of conveyor monitoring equipment.
LubeCon sells the lubricant and monitoring equipment for these businesses.
