Looking for a Temporary Assistant Manager of Corporate Sponsorship…

Well known Museum is looking for a Temporary Assistant Manager of Corporate Sponsorship.

This position will report directly to the Associate Director and mainly focus on opening event sponsorship and corporate membership programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support in the fulfillment of deliverables for opening events for both corporate sponsors and guests.

Audit and help manage Corporate Partnership deliverables outside of opening such as the in-kind technology media assets deliverables and marketing efforts coordination.

Will create a matrix of deliverables including timelines and logistics.

Will also support Corporate Membership roll out efforts, helping to establish policies, procedures, and work flows and ensuring new Corporate Members have a welcoming and smooth onboarding experience.

Provide administrative support as it relates to above, including scheduling appointments, maintaining files, tracking deadlines, submitting expense reports, processing invoices, etc.

Position Requirements
Minimum 5 years year in Partnerships/Sponsorships, Integrated Marketing, and/or Events including direct experience working with notable brands.

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to work with numerous and diverse populations.

Must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording, tracking, and issuing information.

Outstanding organizational skills including self-management of duties and ability to set priorities.

Must be proactive and flexible with the ability to anticipate needs.

Ability to discern relevant facts in problem solving.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Understanding of theory and application in using a relational database such as Salesforce.
