Loan Portfolio Services Manager

Review loan documents for completeness and accuracy
Supervise Loan Portfolio Services Personnel
Administer Loan Disbursements
Review various loan reports
Process data changes as needed
Review title reports, legal documents for completeness and accuracy
Review UCC reports
Work with customers to obtain necessary signatures on loan documents
Manage credit files (Globalwave) including ticklers and covenants updates
Manage ordering appraisal and environmental reports
Job Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Education Level: Bachelors Degree
Combination of Experience and Education can meet the job requirements: No
Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Required: Ability to understand complex legal documents.
Required: Basic computer skills.
Required: Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
Required: Ability to train and mentor subordinates, junior staff, and new hires.
