Lineage Management Program Operations Supervisor

Collaborate with experienced members of the Lineage Operations and Sales team to implement key tasks in a highly supportive environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Participate in educational sessions focused on teaching foundational concepts and leadership principles
– Learn side-by-side assigned seasoned leaders using the shadow-do-lead methodology
– Support the implementation and achievement of established warehouse performance targets regarding cost, productivity, customer service, and profits
– Support the day-to-day management of operational procedures regarding product movement, people resources, and required documentation
– Ensure all decisions/actions comply with in-country and local regulations meant to establish and practice a culture of safety among the team members
– Complete and obtain sign-off on all playbook tasks by the end of the program
– Meet SMART performance goals and targets set by upper management and determined upon accepting position MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
– Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics management or related field; or 2 years relevant civilian or military experience
– Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
– Desire to learn from the ground-up, including the ability to work on skills needed to be successful
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
– Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and employees of the organization
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
– Abilityto relocate for initial training period and for post-program placement, if required
– Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
– Some locations require being comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud Why Lineage?
