Lifecycle Marketing Manager

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will work hand in hand with our Director of Marketing, creative and product teams to develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push and other digital messaging channels to optimize the customer’s path to purchase and deepen our relationship with the customer post-purchase.

Responsible for sending customer-facing messaging, you will work closely with a number of cross-functional teams.

A passion for food and sustainability is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Run day-to-day operations of our lifecycle marketing program, including email, push, SMS and other digital messaging channels Strategic and editorial planning of the email calendar Lead briefing and approval process for emails Increase the richness of our customer profiles, driving purchase frequency and customer LTV Develop & execute testing strategies to increase customer engagement Work collaboratively with the technology team to ensure our cross-channel messaging program is running smoothly Work closely with the product team to ensure lifecycle marketing efforts are consistent across channels Own company-facing reporting and analysis for all lifecycle marketing efforts Monitor and report on core KPI’s and leverage data to identify areas for optimization and improvement Lead lifecycle marketing vendor relationships Support storytelling to create a dynamic, engaging and authentic brand experience Participate in building out loyalty initiatives for Lettuce Grow Work collaboratively across the organization to identify growth opportunities
REQUIREMENTS

3-5+ years experience in an email or lifecycle marketing marketing role for a e-commerce company, preferably in the DTC space ESP experience, preferably Klaviyo Loyalty experience, preferably Yotpo SMS experience Knowledge of current lifecycle marketing trends Strong analytical skills Strong organizational skills Exceptional copywriting, proof-reading and communication skills Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly Self-starter that is results oriented Team player who can seamlessly interact with outside agencies and internal cross-functional teams
