Landscape maintenance care manager

We need your help, so we can do even more! We are looking for a maintenance team manager. You might love this job if you have: A desire to grow and find new opportunities, while maintaining autonomy to improve processes Very strong networking skills for building and maintaining internal and external business relationships Problem solving agility in situations where there may be ambiguity Ability to build and grow and sustain a book of business Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs as well as to lead and support a highly-skilled and motivated team Enjoy collaborating and learning – you’ll meet and work with top experts in the field We’ll think you are a great match if you have: Certifications or degrees in horticulture, plant science, plant pathology, environmental science, landscape management or equivalent experience is strongly preferred Are familiar with sustainable landscape management processes Know the latest in irrigation and maintenance equipment 5 or more years in the landscape industry Speak fluent English and Spanish Expertise in team-leadership California valid drivers license (required) In joining us, you’ll be part of a team where you will: Save the World (or at Least LA!)
