nn nn Job Summary nn nn Kiva Confections will depend on the Kiva Area Manager (KAM) to provide sales leadership to the Greater Los Angeles Region in California.

The KAM will manage our key accounts by driving results alongside our local distributors.

You’ll focus on achieving goals and developing programs inside our key Kiva customers, establishing new business from targeted customers, and developing current buyer relationships.

The KAM will help deliver company assigned KPI’s, lead the local distribution team and help establish and improve buyer relationships at the dispensary level.  nn n As a Kiva Area Manager, you’ll…n Establish and develop relationships with the distributor so our goals and expectations are aligned with KPI’s for our key accounts Achieve established quarterly sales targets in region by developing customer growth initiatives Develop a clear process of managing the business utilizing information from ERP Work closely with Kiva business partners to implement new and existing business, while driving improvement and establishing strong relationships with partners Assist with the communication of new product launches and associated sales targets Travel to dispensaries to support efforts in establishing relationships with dispensary managers and buyers Provide sales reports to management and customers Track lead to sale in CRM tool Ability to manage revenue, distribution targets and reporting for respective territory while identifying opportunity and gaps of growth with current portfolio Lead education efforts with distributor sales teams, budtenders and dispensary staff Manage the deployment of centrally produced Kiva Marketing assets (i.e.

swag, displays, print materials) Identify custom-marketing opportunities in high-growth potential accounts Support new product launches and coordinate/execute Budtender trainings/engagement activities Source, plan and execute community and retail-based events in conjunction with priority accounts Support ancillary marketing/PR opportunities nWhat we’re looking for…n An individual of unquestioned integrity, possessing strong interpersonal skills, a sense of urgency and a strategic orientation leadership style characterized by straightforwardness, approachability, team orientation and collaboration Organized and detail-oriented Proficient with Microsoft office and/or FileMaker Pro, CRM tools; Salesforce experience a plus Experience with people management and maximizing relationships Enthusiasm for the cannabis industry nWhat you’ll need…n The qualified individual must have 5-years minimum sales experience, show ability to lead and manage regions with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
