Kitchen and production manager needed for pizza shop located in DTLA.
Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and dough
Interface with customers
Stretch, top and cook pizzas
Clean up kitchen at the end of the night
Qualifications
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to work weekends and holidays when required
Servsafe certification and adhere to strict food hygiene standards
Enjoy interaction with customers and understand they drive our business – without them we would not have a job!
