Tabula Rasa Bar is looking for a part time kitchen manager!
Tabula Rasa Bar opened as a neighborhood bar in September of 2016 in Thai Town, Los Angeles. Tabula Rasa is your local bar that serves $5 beers at Happy Hour, it is a place to enjoy a glass of exclusive female made vintage Grower Champagne poured by the winemaker herself, and it is everything in between. It is a safe space for all people. We proudly serve 20 natural wines by the glass, and offer over 200 bottle selections to enjoy in house or to take home as retail.
Our food program is a small but mighty part of our program. We care as much about the quality of the food we put out as we do our wines.
We are looking for someone to keep our tiny kitchen/team organized. You would be responsible for ordering, ensuring prep is on scheudle and done properly. This role involves prep work. Schedule is somewhat flexible, but would need to be AM, 2-4 days/week.
