The Kitchen Manager is responsible for supporting the GM with all Back of the House operational aspects of the restaurant.

Their responsibilities include but are not limited to; supervising all Kitchen Staff, adhering to company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, optimizing profits by controlling food cost, production, waste, and labor.

Conduct inventory and ordering.

Motivates and trains all kitchen team members.

Upholds all company standards and procedures by ensuring Uncompromising Food Quality, speed of service, and food preparation is always flawless; providing the best dining experience for guests.
