We deliver high quality janitorial services and provide direct communication to our clients and great Supervisors are essential to our success.
As the Supervisor, you’ll own the inspections, work with the customers, and coordinate the cleaning crews.
You are the right hand person to the Area Manager.Pay rate: $18 $20 per hourDays & Times: Mon-Fri Weekends /Nights if needed 10am 6pmTotal of 30 hours each week:Criminal History check, drug screen, and e-Verify requiredValid driver’s license required.
Motor Vehicle Report requiredResponsibilities: Review assignments with Area Manager and maintain contact with Support team.
Perform site inspections.
Maintain and establish lines of communication with customers.
Assist with scheduling cleaning teams.
Complete other cleaning and organizing duties as assigned by the Area Manager Proper use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment and ability to train new employees on same Cover staffing shortages or identify other employees to cover shifts.Qualifications: At least 1 year (we’d love more!) of supervisory experience At least 1 year (we’d love more!) of janitorial experience Must maintain a clear driving record.
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
Ability to pass background check, MVR, drug screen, and e-Verify.
