Job Description:
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for achieving or exceeding sales goals for the KaVo handpieces and small equipment product lines within the Central and Southern California territory.

They will support existing and potential new customers by partnering with our distributors, end users , and other Envista commercial teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
* Build advocacy with dealer partners to drive customer acquisition and growth in existing accounts.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships in territory to become a trusted advisor.
* Daily use of CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory to achieve assigned quota.
* Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales and marketing efforts.
* Manage assigned geographical territory within allocated expense budget.
* Participate in local trade shows and company meetings as appropriate.
* Maintain existing and develop new relationships with key customers and dental equipment/merchandise dealers.
* Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
* 3+ years of outside sales experience with demonstrated success.
* Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
* Candidate must live in territory (Los Angeles Metro or Orange County, CA)

Preferred Requirements:
* Experience with prior dental or medical device sales experience.
* Selling company manufactured products through distributor partners.
* Ability to navigate government, university, dental service organizations (DSO) and community health networks.
* Adaptable and able to work well with people in an unstructured work environment.
* Independent, creative, and competitive track record of success.
* Hunter mentality

Travel / Other:
* Travel: Overnight travel less than 30%.
* All business expenses will be reimbursed
* Eligible for incentive trip and other company sponsored promotional activities.
* Territory: Will include from Fresno down to the Mexico/California border and Hawaii
