is currently recruiting for an amazing Jr.
Project Manager with the following qualifications:
A minimum three years of experience in the redevelopment of multi-family, hospitality, senior living, restaurants, student housing, single family and/or retail sector is preferred; candidates with two plus years experience in real estate development, project management, construction management or architecture will be considered
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction or a related field is desired.
Redevelopment experience with high aesthetic environments where style, luxury and class are important to attract top end clientele.
Leadership abilities to grow and support internal and external teams towards stretch goals.
A “Problem Solver” that can handle a variety of different projects at one time in various stages of redevelopment, revision and completion.
Deep contract administration experience with strong financial analysis skills.
Vendor management skills and the ability to work well with city and state permitting officials.
Negotiation skills are a must.
Ability to objectively evaluate risk-reward tradeoffs and to close contracts that meet trade-offs.
Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate complex issues both verbally and in writing.
Ability to think creatively in an entrepreneurial environment that leverages existing and new relationships and finds opportunities that are not obvious to others.
Ability to widen network of real estate vendors, contractors, architects and designers.
Ability to work independently and have a measurable, direct impact on the business every day.
