Position: IT Manager (hands-on)

Target Salary: 140k

Location: Los Angeles (this role can be fully remote but MUST live in California)

IT Manager

A direct client of Robert Half Technology is looking for a well-rounded, IT Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis in an effort to refine and grow their team.

Our client is in the entertainment industry and the growth of their business is relying on the further development of their current team and massive growth during this time.

Job Requirements:

Must Haves:
Manage the team who is focused on supporting all technology for the division from the desktop to the cloud.

Play key role in leading your team to re-architect our technology using AWS cloud technologies.

Responsible in cloud migration from on-prem to AWS.

Manage and maintain systems to InfoSec requirements.

Manage compliancy and audit requirements including PCI and Sox responses.

Manage helpdesk functions as they relate to your team in support of the Home Warranty division.

Works with senior level management to ensure plans align with business strategies and budgetary requirements.

Facilitates work between functional groups.

Plans and oversees tactical activities between groups, facilitating problem resolution and communication.

Participates in critical day to day issues and resolution of complex issues.

Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.
