We are seeking a highly analytical, creative, and self-driven asset management leader will be responsible for the roadmap design and execution of IT Asset (including but not limited to, hardware, software, and cloud) Management strategy through the development of internal and external partnerships, as well as the strategic expansion of the scope across organization.This role will require at least 2 years people management experience and 5+ years of previous experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM), along with the hardware and software lifecycles in ServiceNow. The optimal candidate will establish frameworks for full lifecycle management of all technology assets from acquisition through disposal and retirement, identify and recommend asset disposition opportunities, manage external vendors in support of ITAM Operations, analyze key performance metrics to measure vendor performance including periodic asset audits of physical inventory, manage preparation and distribution of pre-defined and ad-hoc reports, execute hiring and staffing plans to build and develop a highly effective team.Deep knowledge of ServiceNow, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ITIL Foundation and/or IAITAM Certified IT Asset Manager certifications are preferred.1-2+ years of related Hardware and Software Asset Management experience in ServiceNowA firm working knowledge of license models as well as entitlements and usage rules for software publishers including, but not limited to, Microsoft, Adobe, Citrix, Amazon, etc.An understanding of End Point Management tools such as SCCM, InTune, Jamf, and AirWatchModerate Experience using Microsoft Excel, and similar toolsExcellent collaboration and communication skills with the objective of delivering a positive customer experienceProven ability to collaborate, and build relationships, including external vendors and service providersITIL Foundation and/or IAITAM Certified IT Asset Manager certifications preferredas well as key performance indicatorswith at least 2 years people management experienceApplied experience managing 3rd party warehouse providers and contingent laborAbility to gather and analyze asset metrics; ability to recommend and clearly articulate actions based on findings#LI-MF1PDN-943fe2e2-fedf-41eb-bedc-cb6b18526747
