This has opened the opportunity to deliver market leading services for a wide variety of brand clients.After the initial period of organically growing the business and establishing an ability to deliver coast to coast campaigns, we are now entering the next stage of development.

This stage will see the current team aggressively up-scale to meet the increasing demands of our clients and our ambitions, and will allow us to develop into an agency that is capable of running multiple campaigns for clients on a large and small scale consecutively.Purpose The primary role of the Account Director is to lead the growth, development and delivery of client accounts.

This not only involves brilliant planning and delivery of individual campaigns but also requires a commercially savvy approach that ensures that confident trusted relationships are built that lead to Our client being the agency of record for all future staffing requirements.Roles & Responsibilities To deliver client projects to the highest standards, on time, on budget, on brief.To organically grow the existing client base by identifying and seizing opportunities from clients.

This will be achieved through a combination of confident up-selling and proven delivery To interrogate client briefs, interpret insight and other client requirements, advise on campaign development and activation plans by applying experience of staffing and general project management.To create project budgets that meet business targets of revenue and margin To plan and deliver client campaigns to the highest standards using the full range of resource available within the business Lead the relationship between the client and agency at senior level Lead a team to deliver projects by balancing ownership with delegation to other team members To lead on defining and delivering core agency skills including staff sourcing, training and campaign evaluation etc To develop and maintain detailed operational and commercial reporting systems to ensure that project progress is accurately reported internal and that commercial targets are being achieved.Working with new business development teams to win and develop new accounts.

Responding to RFPs and other briefs by providing innovative solutions to the challenges identified Where required to contribute to company communications tasks, including writing PR articles, case studies and blog entriesDemonstrate a detailed understanding of the wider internal and external environment impacting the business To become an expert on your clients’ business to achieve valued partner status and know what makes a ‘good decision’ from a commercial point of view.To manage and grow a strong client services and staff booking team.

To contribute to a fun, stimulating and nurturing working environment to help junior team members realise their full personal and professional potential.Other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably required by the businessExperience 3 5 years experience in a commercially focused client services role preferably within the staffing or experiential sectorWell-developed interpersonal skills and experience in interacting and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.A first class listener and communicator, with a willingness to confront issues and make decisions.Commercially savvy approach with a demonstrable financial acumen.

Detailed experience of business tracking and financial systems and processes including mark-up, invoicing, POs etcExcellent project management skills including time management, numeracy skills and a high attention to detail.Excellent communication and presenting skills.

Ability to work as a team with senior stakeholders.Nature of Work Full time – 5 days per week Salary according to experience Based in Los Angeles but with the flexibility to travel as client projects requireJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $100,000.00 per yearLocation:Los Angeles, CA (Required)
