Growing and Dynamic Company within the Music Apparel Entertainment Sector is looking to hire MULTIPLE Inventory and Warehouse Manager’s to support multiple divisions of the company domestic and internationalPEOPLE FROM THESE INDUSTRIES ARE A HUGE PLUS: E-Commerce, Music, Entertainment, Apparel/Accessories, Merchandising and Beauty/Personal Care **KEY POINTS:-Vaccination policy in place. NO BOOSTERS NEEDED-Two weeks of training in office-Working hours 9am to 6pm-After training, Hybird role (3 days in office and 2 days from home)JREQUIREMENTS:-Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager, or similar role with sourcing, purchasing, and shipping logistics experience-Passion for music, fashion, and merchandising -Strong attention to detail, outstanding communication ability, excellent organization, negotiation, and solid decision-making skills. -Knowledge of apparel merchandise manufacturing and production is preferred-Experience with EDI systems and other retail ecosystems would be a benefit-Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Excel, Microsoft Dynamics-Navision-Bachelor’s degree preferredEssential Duties:-Strong analytical skills, excel skills and inventory/warehouse experience for multiple warehouses (international experience would be beneficial as well)-Oversee and maintain inventory at 3rd party warehouses and bulk blank purchases-Maintain, manage and develop in-house procedures for managing multiple warehouses and purchasing, tracking and forecasting -Organized and cohesive workflow, tailoring to the specific needs of each Dept. and in-line with objectives to deliver a quality product at the best prices-Familiar with supply chain procedures and interact with vendors, clients, and internal teamsIn-house resource & Warehouse management: Coordinate with in-house staff and external warehouses to document daily shipments and deliveries Work with the warehouses to evaluate new inventory, and ensure it’s ready to ship Identify and advise immediately if short-ships, damages, or chargebacks to rectify with vendors Report on chargeback costs, reasoning and reclaim thereof Create reports for adjustments, inventory operations, and stock levels Work with warehouses to identify limited stock units (less than 5 units), make recommendations and take action Work with in-house staff to identify items, not for sale in stores, make recommendations, and take action Identify obsolete stock (Tour/Ecom), make a recommendation, then action; store sales, disposals, charity, selloff – Monthly Reconciling warehouse closing stock reports to Navision and making corrections where required Maintain, manage, develop,implement work guides, streamlining internal procedureso Warehouses: Yearly – Prepare, organize, and undertake the year-end stock takes.
