We are Honda of Downtown Los Angeles, a family owned automotive dealership located in the heart of Los Angeles.
We have a small growing team of committed and talented individuals who strive to take care of each other as well as our customers.
Responsibilities include:
Following up with customers and prospecting for new business.

Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads.

Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.

Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications:
Be an effective communicator both written and verbal Have computer experience and good organizational skills Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business Sales experience highly preferred Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly individual goals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service and negotiation skills.

A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Bilingual in both English & Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends
Supplemental Pay:
Strong Bonus Plan based on individual performance!
