We are searching for an Internal Communications leader to work collaboratively on internal communications and employee engagement initiatives and projects, create strategic internal campaigns, and devise innovative ways to engage employees that are in tune with Amobee’s culture.
An ideal candidate will devise strategic and tactical internal communications, placing well-thought-out plans in place to fill any communication or knowledge gaps within the organization.
You will expertly manage key executive and leadership relationships to ensure that employees are informed on key issues that drive the business and share knowledge across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Provide strategic internal communication counsel to senior leadership across the organization, translating complex business issues into simplified talking points
• Develop messaging for senior executives across a variety of channels
• Partner with senior executives to ghostwrite and edit critical global internal communications
• Develop and implement an internal communications strategy for a global audience
• Collaborate cross-functionally, working across many departments to influence, manage, and drive communications narratives across the internal organization
• Manage and execute on the end-to-end process for large internal virtual or live events (Townhalls, All Hands, AMAs)
• Oversee our internal knowledge base (built on Confluence)
• Oversee an internal company internal communications content calendar
• Devise and execute on an internal communications strategy for our Future to Work initiative
• This role will manage and guide a team of 2 internal communication support professionals
Required Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of experience managing internal communications in the corporate or tech spaces with a focus on writing and strategic communications
• Work effectively under pressure and utilize strong project management skills to meet deadlines
• Capable of cultivating a strong team environment across regions and functions
• Ability to lead by example as a coach and mentor to others
• Track record of innovation and delivering results against tight deadlines
• Proven capabilities to guide an organization through large change management events
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations
• Strong planning, prioritization, budgetary and project management competencies.
• Creative thinker and innovator; in touch with digital, culture, trends, etc.
• Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environment
• Experience designing presentations, videos, and creative collateral is required
• Must be able to work closely with executives to develop their communications, including written materials and speaking engagements, and effectively advise them on strategy
• Willingness to execute and shape the internal communications narrative and effectively communicate via presentations, scripts, or emails without significant editing
• Fact finder who loves to get into the details and deeply understand an issue from all sides
• Superb writing skills; can distill complex ideas into simple, credible narratives
• Excellent organizational & prioritization skills, attention to detail, process knowledge and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across Business Development and Management teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced capabilities with crafting compelling presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint
• Experience crafting presentation materials utilizing Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier.
InDesign a bonus)
• Crisis management experience is strongly preferred
