Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in business consulting to P&C or Life Insurance clients or insurance industry experience focused on operating model transformation, business process improvement, business capability uplift related to core insurance process.
Good knowledge of insurance propositions, products, services, distribution channels, functions and processes (i.e.
claims/ UW/ new business
– policy servicing/ actuarial
– product development) Demonstrated experience in one or several of the following industry functions: P&C Underwriting and Ops., Claims (Personal or Commercial), Life Insurance (UW/ claims/ Ops) Strong passion for serving Insurance clients in their effort to successfully transform their business Deep interest in and knowledge of emerging trends (e.g.
