Inside Sales Manager

As our Manager of Inside Sales, you’ll contribute to Joybird’s success by driving revenue via strategic B2B relationships.

You’ll use your business development expertise to evaluate our current trade and wholesale programs and create and implement plans to expand both the programs and teams.

You’ll execute on that strategy, ensuring key industry relationships are built and milestones are met.

You’ll also be in charge of hiring, training, motivating, managing and leading the rest of the internal B2B sales and service teams; ensuring that performance targets are met.

What you’ll do: * Optimize, scale and manage all aspects of our Trade and Wholesale programs including business development, sales, account management, and support teams.* Successfully create a long term strategic vision for the Trade and Wholesale channels within a set timeframe.* Infuse your past experience to develop and implement high performing business units to meet and exceed ambitious goals.* Establish and drive relationships with both clients and vendors to cultivate new sales opportunities.* Effectively influence, advise, and get buy-in from all stakeholders on the Trade and Wholesale agendas.* Analyze current cost of new and repeat purchasers and build and execute a plan to optimize both.* Analyze sales and NPS scores to identify trends and problems and work with internal teams to address areas of opportunity.* Set, monitor, improve, control and adapt requested KPIs on a quarterly basis together with the relevant teams.* Promote an open communication work environment that encourages collaboration and feedback loops.* Perform various tasks to support company initiatives and goals as needed.

– You have a record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in B2B business development, preferably in furniture/home goods.

* 5+ years experience in trade business development or similar area* Bachelor’s degree preferred
