Description:
- Possess solid relationships with top beauty editors, influencers, VIP’s and agencies
- Have a thorough background and immersive understanding of all editorial and social media platforms, specifically TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; including trends, functionality, tools, performance, influencer marketing, and analytics
- Key insight of influencer pricing and scale, and ability to secure reduced rates while maintaining meaningful and on brand campaigns for CCM clients
- Strong contract negotiation and writing skills, while coordinating paid content partnerships, including deal points and deliverables
- Ideate and execute experiential brand activations, both IRL and virtual, buzz-worthy stunts, influencer and consumer focused events small to large scale
- Ideate and execute creative mailers, working with brand team to produce unique and interactive elements, managing everything from sourcing to shipping
- Ability to handle important clients and continually raise the bar across all initiatives and influencer activations by running meetings and conference calls in a professional, educational and confident manner

Client Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm, ideate, and conceptualize for client, compiling relevant and forward-thinking influencer outreach lists and activations
- Serve as key agency point of contact for day-to-day client communication
- Lead client status calls, giving comprehensive, concise and clear updates on campaign management
- Lead strategy for forward-thinking campaigns on an ongoing basis
- Project execution including 360 marketing decks, KPI’s, budget management, payments, comms, deliverables, task delegation, and detailed analytical recaps
- Secure consistent editor and influencer coverage and significant results from strategic outreach, seeding, events
