Leaders of this rapidly growing cosmetic brand believe that their winning formula driving continuous success is due to the combination of their philanthropic partnerships, innovative products, agile marketing strategy, data analytics, and a ”test and learn” environment.

The team”s first Influencer Manager will be a crucial partner in developing key campaigns and identifying strategic influencer partnerships that align with the brand”s demographic and values, expanding their current base of influencer partners in the beauty, wellness, and fashion segments.nn nn nn Play a strategic role in expanding the current influencer base, utilizing in-house software data to evaluate the alignment of the influencer”s followers, engagement, and specific focus in beauty/health/wellness/fashion to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership aligned with the brand.

The outreach, follow-up, response, and action plans will be tracked and reviewed with the Digital Director to discuss new methods to engage with influencers and successfully build strong partnerships.

Directly manage the monthly budget, drive the negotiation with the influencer or talent manager to create mutually agreed-upon terms, and finalize the terms with the legal team.

Continuously monitor the influencer”s impacts and capture any data to track ROI to review with the management team.

Partner with the analytics team to create monthly reports capturing Key Performance Indicators to monitor the performance of key influencer partners, evaluate budget, and adjust strategy based on impact and performance.

Collaborate with the brand and digital marketing teams to identify targeted influencer partnerships that complement specific campaigns focused on key products and align with consistent messaging across all platforms to build brand awareness.

Partner with the social media team daily to review the collected content to evaluate the organic interaction, engagement, to test and learn new content ideas, re-post stories, and/or re-create similar content due to high engagement.

The goal is to increase the influencer partnership content and partner with the Marketing team in strategically aligning opportunities based on the content calendar.

Attend brainstorming meetings weekly to create and align consistent influencer content and campaigns with targeted messaging across all platforms.

Identify specific influencers for launches that represent the product/campaign to drive brand awareness.

Post COVID-19, host events to continue to strengthen influencer partnerships and be involved in sending the invites, ideating the event theme, managing the budget, and directly playing host to create memorable and exciting experiences.

nn n nn nnQualifications:nn nn n nn Bachelor”s Degree and/or 5 plus years of relevant Social Media, Digital Marketing and/or influencer marketing experience Track-record of driving campaign analysis, and presenting results to illustrate successes in a ”test and learn” environment Strong relationship building skills and negotiation skills with a proven track record of developing a strong influencer network Highly detailed and capable of managing aggressive timelines to work in an agile work environment Passionate about the beauty industry and informed of the upcoming trends, social platforms, and micro-influencers to be the subject matter expertise in this specific area nn nn nnby Jobblenn
