Job Details
Role: Train and mentor team members, manage refrigeration equipment and systems, oversee preventive maintenance programs, and coordinate shared resources.
Experience & Skills: High school diploma or GED, experience in HVAC/refrigeration, lift truck maintenance, and 3-phase electrical systems, ability to interpret PI & D drawings, piping schematics, and single-line electrical drawings.
Essential Qualities: Compliance with EPA and OSHA policies, prioritization skills, constructive feedback and communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, endure physical activities and fluctuating temperatures, work in a noisy environment, and safely handle equipment and allergens.
Availability: Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; minimal travel.
