Role Overview
InStride is currently seeking a highly process-oriented Implementation Manager responsible for leading InStride’s Corporate and Academic Partners through their onboarding experience, ensuring they quickly see value during the implementation journey.
This role will onboard both new Academic Partners, to expand InStride’s network of available education programs for our learners and new Corporate Partners, who are launching life-changing education opportunities for their employees.
Successful candidates are comfortable operating independently to seamlessly run multiple business-critical implementation initiatives, blending relationship management with the ability to define, execute and scale processes.
This position reports to the Director of Operations and Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation Execution: Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for each assigned partner implementation, from pre-sales support through handoff to the Corporate Partner Success team to manage and grow the long-term relationship.
Serve as a trusted consultant to each new Partner, deeply understanding their needs and providing them with tailored, best-practice guidance for executing successful programs for their targeted learner populations.
Ensure that each partner receives the right level of support as they begin their journey with InStride, bridging the gap between sales and program growth.
- Process Development / Scalability: Continuously seek opportunities to accelerate and improve the implementation process for InStride’s Corporate and Academic Partners.
Build and maintain relevant documentation and materials to support internal and Partner teams.
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to drive and run all phases of implementations, ensuring timely, high-quality completion of the onboarding experience.
Deliver scalability in the implementation by driving adoption of tools and repeatable best-in-class practices.
- Cross-functional Partner Management: Empathetically and effectively interact with all levels of organizations, both internally and with external Partner stakeholders.
Work with InStride’s Corporate Partner Success, Sales, Product, Engineering and Learner Marketing teams to achieve key milestones of each implementation.
Advocate for Partners and their learners as InStride evolves its processes and product functionality.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree AND four (4) years of technology implementation, client onboarding, B2B consulting or account management experience
- Experience with large Software-as-a-Service deployments, including digital transformation initiatives
- Able to define, scale and improves processes while maintaining strong client relationships
- Passion for solving Partner challenges with a bias for speed and action and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk and other CRM and project management technologies
- Demonstrate the highest level of integrity with outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to the functioning of higher education institutions through direct experience or deep affiliation with the education industry
- Excited by the challenge of building a world-class business that delivers not only high revenue growth and compelling return on investment, but also has a meaningful impact on society
