Sr. Director Of Marketing LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES CA.-Mathnasium – The Math Learning Center

The Sr. Director of Marketing leads system-wide and regional multi-channel campaigns and efforts to provide franchisee partners the tools, systems, education, requirements, creative materials, and best practices to excel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of national, regional, and local marketing campaigns to ensure they are on-strategy, brand-enhancing, and drive revenue growth for our franchisees.

• Manage national media budget to ensure optimal media mix.

• Discover, research, and analyze the effectiveness of past, present, and potential marketing and sales tactics across the franchise system.

• Use keen insights to stay on top of market changes and identify new opportunities to help franchisees grow their businesses.

• Develop and execute a regional marketing approach complementary to national and local efforts.

• Execute a testing agenda for direct mail tactics that leads to a scalable learning center marketing system.

• Lead refresh of in-center marketing materials and execution on an established marketing calendar.

• Build and revise learning center marketing systems through a project development process

• Design optimal communication and oversight methods for ensuring that programs are understood by franchisees and implemented efficiently within established guidelines.

• Oversee vendor network, developing standards and making changes as required to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency.

• Seek simplicity and systemization for all tactics that become the responsibility of learning centers to execute.

• Manage and develop direct reports.

• Address customer (franchisee) issues and concerns that affect learning center marketing.

• Multitask; manage multiple initiatives at the same time
