Retention Marketing Manager-FINESSE
About the Role
FINESSE is a sought-after brand beloved by the new generation of consumers & its tastemakers. You will help develop and deliver a holistic CRM strategy for FINESSE that puts our consumer at its center. As a CRM strategist, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement high-level retention strategies to increase customer love & loyalty. You will be working cross-functionally to come up with innovative ideas to keep our customers engaged and continuously on brand. The ideal candidate has excellent capacity to think creatively, has a track record of implementing brilliant CRM / retention strategies, and has a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences, particularly as it relates to fashion & Gen Z. As part of a quantitatively run marketing team, analytical rigor is necessary as well as apt & strategic reporting derived from analysis on campaign performance, identified trends and strategic expansion. Most of all, you should be a risk-taker ready to take on new challenges head first and throw away the status quo where necessary!

Recommended Background
- Comprehensive knowledge of Klaviyo and email marketing with a proven track record of successfully increasing key KPIs across the retention stack
- Deep understanding of retention marketing as a whole e.g. loyalty, subscription, reducing CAC, increasing customer LTV, etc.
- Experience building out robust email and SMS automation to optimize revenue
- Background in strategizing and implementing unique loyalty programs for a new generation of consumers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement high-level retention strategies that align with FINESSE’s goals and objectives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to make actionable recommendations
- Strong creative eye and deep understanding of brand with the ability to translate into multiple forms of creative
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful retention strategies across multiple channels
- Ability to identify key customer segments in order to optimize tailored strategies to retarget specific groups
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple CRM platforms simultaneously
