Local manufacturer, with over 50 years’ experience, is seeking to add a *Productions Supervisors *to their facility located in Buena Park due to growth. Must have *Rubber or Plastic industry experience*.
Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the *Productions Supervisor *will manage 20-25 direct reports in all production operations within rubber and plastic extrusion facility. This will include:
* Planning, scheduling and coordinating activities to ensure manufacturing objectives and product deliverables are met.
* Coach, lead, train and grow team to their fullest potential, while following and enforcing company policies
* Utilizing metrology equipment to perform quality audits
*Compensation DOE:* up to $80K + annual bonus
*1st and 2nd shift openings:*
* *Monday – Friday 4a – 12:30p*
* *Monday – Friday 12:15 – 8:45*

*Background Profile:*
* 6+ years experience as a Production Lead or supervisor
* *Rubber or Plastic industry experience* *is required*
* Experienced utilize metrology tools
* Strong MS Office skills
* Bilingual a plus
* Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
