Betterly has teamed up with a dynamic digital marketing agency thats transforming the world of performance marketing. They are currently searching for a highly skilled Paid Social Manager who can help take their clients campaigns to new heights.
About the Role:
Their team is seeking a creative and driven Paid Social Manager with experience in performance marketing and digital marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for executing campaign strategies, optimizing funnels, managing client budgets, and contributing to overall campaign strategy through account analysis and reporting.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can support the paid media team on larger accounts while also leading their own. They are looking for someone who is passionate about performance marketing, has a deep understanding of paid social advertising, e-commerce/DTC marketing, and is proficient in analyzing data and identifying performance trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid social campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, and other emerging channels.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, including ad building, launching media, optimizing, and making daily adjustments to ensure client goals are met.
- Analyze performance data and provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on data-driven conclusions.
- Work closely with the team to determine client benchmarking and implement optimizations to hit KPIs in the shortest time possible.
- Build and sustain rapport with multiple clients by communicating effectively, highlighting wins, losses, and learning insights.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Paid Social advertising experience.
- B2C and B2B advertising experience preferred
- Shopify / eComm experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the online advertising industry and social media landscape
- Experience with analyzing paid media results and finding data insights for external reporting
