Marketing Director-12th Tribe
The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns. This role will be building out digital marketing campaigns, managing budgets, scaling influencers and brand marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
- Manage marketing budget and show project ROI
- Develop Marketing Calendars and work with cross functional teams to meet deadlines for creatives, copy and execution
- Analyze and report on customer behavior, growth, and other performance metrics
- Create and manage forecasts working closely with product and finance team
- Analyze, conceptualize and create content for marketing channels across all social platforms including photo, video and print.
- Set marketing vision: develop the company’s vision of the customer and our unique value proposition and translate into strategic marketing efforts
- Innovate, concept, and execute experiential marketing programs, from smaller events in-store to activations at music festivals and touring cross-country events
- Lead the organic social media marketing team, telling the story of the brand, product, company, and community through a high-volume of authentic content produced in-house.
- Oversee the execution of promotions
- Grow organic awareness, chart path to accelerate social channel, organic search, and other organic impressions
- Conceptualize and execute quarterly photoshoot productions
- Measure KPIS and performance across community channels including influencer and ambassador partnerships on Grin driving revenue, engagement, impressions.
- Experience in affiliate networks, ambassador platforms, and influencers.
- Increase marketing efficiency across all marketing channels
- Strong brand awareness and understanding of vision
- Lead brand and campaign planning and drive all brand initiatives forward, overseeing timelines and executions.
- Measuring all campaigns to ensure they are successful
- Develop promotional creatives including site and email assets with copywriters and graphic design team.
- Develop strategic go to market documents, briefs, comms plans and campaign calendars.
- Develop overarching messaging to support brand and growth team goals
- Partner with agencies leveraging traditional and merging channels and measuring impact with a high degree of analytics rigor.
- Present campaign strategies and results to leadership
- Manage high sku product releases bi monthly
- Manage all marketing calendars
- Work cross functional with Graphic Designer and Content team to ensure on brand drops
- Work cross functionally with Merchandising and Buying to ensure products are marketed accordingly online
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent 5-7 years of Marketing Experience.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Business, Grin and Shopify
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strategic marketer skilled at translating the brand into messaging and creative for a variety of channels
- Experience with fashion, ecommerce, and/or edgy brands a strong plus
- Expert knowledge of social media, content creation, and brand marketing
- Experience with retail store operations, experiential marketing a plus
- Great communicator, team builder with strong leadership skills; ability to collaborate across teams
- A startup person: ability to operate in a fast-moving environment that requires one to be hands on with large scope
- Flexible and adaptable: comfortable working through ambiguity and managing ever-changing priorities
