Our client, a provider of Health, Dental, Vision, Medicaid and Medicare Healthcare service plans in the state of California with 4.7 million members and $22.9 billion of annual revenues, seeks an accomplished Marketing Consultant (Print Production).

*** Duration: 6+ months
Important Notes:
- 100% Remote
- Work hours: 9:00am – 05:00pm Pacific Time.
Summary:
- Candidate will be working with current print vendors – No negotiations or bringing in new vendors.
- Will be working with current vendors to ensure vendors have all materials needed to fulfill order, understanding timelines, systems management and understanding usage of items.
- All materials sent to members.
- Marketing and mandated materials (annual notice of change, explanation of coverage, covid mailing, etc.)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Leverages prior experience in direct mail / print production when executing marketing campaigns.
- Leads work groups as print and mail expert.
- Drives implementation of member marketing programs
- Supports creation of regulated marketing materials required annually across all LOBs (pre-enrollment and renewal materials)
- Works with Marketing Engagement Managers to develop insights into underlying engagement drivers, trends and forecasts.
- Communicates complex subjects in clear, simple terms; and incorporate Health Literacy Mandate (HLM) requirements.
- Coordinates with external vendors used to execute print and mail projects.
Education Requirements: Bachelors’ minimum – Marketing preferred
