District Manager-Subway*Job Responsibilities*
Our District Managers are passionate about the restaurant business. Here are some key responsibilities:
* Complete responsibility for multiple restaurant locations, managing all staff members, financials, labor issues, inventory, quality and customer service efforts
* Recruiting, hiring, training and coaching for all staff level positions to ensure the highest levels of customer service in our restaurants
* Ensuring the consistent quality of service, safety and other standards that our employees and customers expect
* Complete financial responsibility including accounting, P&L statement management, inventory, managing costs, advertising and other financial matters
* Coaching and leading all team and management members, engage the customers in the restaurant daily to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction
*Job Requirements*
Here are some keys to your success:
* Experience in the restaurant business as a District Manager/Multi-Unit Supervisor or experience as a Subway General Manager of a high/medium volume store
* Strong presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, coaching skills, customer service skills and interpersonal relationship skills
* Excellent grasp of financials including reading and interpreting P&L statements, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting and expense tracking
* Strong sense of customer service, management skills and a strong passion for the food service and restaurant industry
* Ability to coach managers and team members and interact with customers in the restaurants
* Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a background and drug test and provide references
* Travel will be required between shops within the Los Angeles market

Pay: Up to $65,000 – $75,000+ / year DOE
