Brand Manager-24 Seven Talent
The Brand Manager will support the Marketing Director in executing global marketing plans, analyzing performance against strategic goals, and ensuring the integrity of our brands’ identities. The Brand Manager will have a direct impact on our brands’ awareness, growth, and future momentum both digitally and with retailers. The ideal candidate excels in driving data-led strategic campaigns and evaluating the intersection of performance marketing and creative touch-points.
Responsibilities:
· Work with Director of Marketing to execute and refine ongoing marketing initiatives that perform towards our strategic objectives
· Well-versed in marketing reporting and delivering results to senior leadership
· Help develop seasonal product messaging to create differentiated product positioning and compelling storytelling around core styles and new product growth categories
· Use data to evaluate opportunities and measure success while still thinking very creatively
· Extract data and customer information into digestible insights used for storytelling across the business, while closely collaborating with cross functioning teams
· Execute product marketing programs that focus on the achievement of retail sales and brand buzz
· Support in Omni-channel marketing strategy, planning and implementation
· Assist with content marketing efforts and creative development
· Provides input and recommendations on key components of the marketing plan and long-term strategy.
· Evaluate brands’ digital presence, performance, and optimization
· Help manage branding across all assets to ensure a cohesive user experience at branded touch-points, ensuring proper reflection of brand voice and vision
· Support with any additional projects as directed
Qualifications:
· 3+ years relevant experience at retail/consumer brand. Experience in Beauty Industry a plus.
· BA/BS degree required
· Out of the box thinker

· Passion for the Beauty products or services category
· Comfortable functioning as both a leader and a doer.
· Strong analytical and quantitative
· A digital native, deep familiarity with social and community platforms, and analytics tools
