Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per year

Results Statement:
The results of successfully performing this role include recruiting, training and motivating the best and brightest HVAC operations team leading them to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual gross profit contribution and KPI goals.

Tactical Work:

  • Assess performance and compliance in all areas of the business and hold each team member accountable to meeting their KPI(s)
  • Ensure gross margin objectives are achieved by managing and measuring your labor and material resources
  • Manage discounting and adhere to all defined compensation structures
  • Ensure budgeted lead generation is achieved through all channels
  • Participate in the budgeting process and manage the profit and loss of your business unit
  • Continually recruit and train the best and brightest talent to the organization
  • Planning and budgeting activities to include all functional areas of the business: manpower, marketing, lead generation, sales, client fulfillment, asset management, and finance
  • Continuously identify opportunities leading to the improvement and expansion of our business
  • Innovate new ways to recruit, train and motivate HVAC talent for the operation
  • Identify best practices to increase profitability. Design and implement them into processes in our businesses
  • Identify new product opportunities to incorporate into our RISE sales process

Vital Factors:

  • Ensure lead generation efforts yield the required call volume
  • Achieve budgeted sales revenue
  • Achieve budgeted gross margin dollars and contribution
  • Achieve budgeted EBITDA objective

Position Specific:

  • Maintain budgeted gross margin contribution for the business
  • Ensure departmental adherence to all Goettl standards
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the business including all activities of the service and installation departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and proble- solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear.
