HRIS Manager – Law Firm Experience

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and manage department projects leading the shared services team while working together with other Talent Management (TM) groups and firmwide departments Combine systems, technological processes, operational transactions and administrative workflow needs of the TM department into executable projects. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, develop, coach and counsel individual team members to ensure developmental goals are achieved to maximize performance expectations. Optimize efficiencies leverage best practices to focus on continuous process improvement. Manage systemsrsquo implementations, databases, reporting, compliance, workflow analysis and improvements. Plan project scope, goals, timelines, and resources (people, funding, support). Execute and complete projects within deadlines and budgets. Deliver high-quality, scalable and cost-effective solutions that meet business requirements, align to architectural designs, and provide for a positive end-user experience. Monitor post-implementation environment to ensure optimal efficiency is realized and exceptional client service is delivered. Identify future requirements in collaboration with leadership team and key stakeholders and develop plans for implementation. Protect information and ensure data privacy and compliance measures are adhered to maintain strict confidentiality at all times. disciplines, Firmwide departments, including IT, and other internalexternal stakeholders. Ensure thorough documentation of SLAs, SOPs, project requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes. QUALIFICATIONS Advanced Workday enterprise experience is a MUST (implementationconfigurationdata analytics) Bachelorrsquos Degree is required (preferred in Business, Computer Science, Information Management, or other related disciplines). At least 7 yearsrsquo experience in a leadership position within a firm widecorporate Human ResourcesTalent Management team with a proven track record of managing multiple cross-functional teams (including vendors, contractors) or projects, and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders (required). Minimum of 7 yearsrsquo experience with enterprise HR technology, project management, process improvement and team development. Project Management Certification (PMP) is preferred. Professional services environment and matrixed organization experience (preferred). Advanced Experience HCM platforms (Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, Performance Management, Workforce Planning and Benefits (including Leaves Administration and Retirement). Project management methodologies and best practices Business and workflow analysis with a focus upon continuous improvement. Security and data management Human Resources practices and principles.
